Customized Ring Die

Accept ring die and flat die custom-made.

Raw material for ring die(come from No.1 brand die forging steel factory): 

Alloy steel: 20CrMnTi. HRC:58-62.

Stainless steel: Chinese Standard: X4Cr13, Germany Standard: X46Cr13.  HRC: 56-60.

Processing machines:

12 sets auto gun-drilling machines(3 sets deepth holes drilling machines, can drill max 140mm thickness holes, can drill min 1.0mm diameter holes)

6 sets auto counter-sinking machines

6 sets auto fine lathing machines

8 sets heat treatment machines(3 sets vacuum heat treatment machines special for stainless steel die)

Delivery time: mostly 25-30 days. 

Annual sales: 6000 pcs ring die(flat die)+12000 pcs roller shell.

According to customer's drawings to make.
